            offering a refreshed, consistent design across all three reports.
            The updated reports will start rolling out by September 1, 2025,
            and will take place in phases over several
            weeks.</p><p class="p">As part of this change, the reports are now being sent

            are:</p><ul class="ul"><li class="li"><p class="p">Device With No Usage in the Reporting Period</p></li><li class="li"><p class="p">Device Usage by Device ID</p></li><li class="li"><p class="p">Device Usage by Average Daily Usage Hours</p></li><li class="li"><p class="p">Device Usage by Total Usage</p></li></ul><p class="p">We are adding new insights to the first page of the report
            to provide you with a high-level summary and key metrics from the
            report. The new insights are: total usage, average daily use, and
            devices not used insights. The devices used insight is also being
            updated to now compare the number of devices used to the total

            added to provide a more
            comprehensive view of each test, offer deeper insights into device
            performance and testing conditions, and support better diagnostics

You can use this tool to more efficiently manage your organization by streamlining your workflows and reducing time consuming manual

 create multiple team member records in Blackline Live simultaneously. Use the Bulk actions page to upload the team member
creation template CSV file with team member information, such as contact
details, role access to groups, and more.</p><div class="note note note_note"><span class="note__title">Note:</span> <p class="p">Account users can be given access to up to
three groups, including the All devices group.</p></div></section><section class="section"><h3 class="title sectiontitle" id="bulk-edit-team-member-0">Bulk Edit Team Member</h3><p class="p">Bulk edit team member requests let you edit the details of multiple team member records in Blackline Live simultaneously. Download the Team Member Edit Template CSV file from the Bulk actions page, which includes a list of all active and pending team
members. You can update the team member details within the file, then submit

Member Creation Template or the Edit Team Member Template files?</span></p><p class="p">No, if a required column is missing from
the template file, the bulk action request will be rejected. The following columns are required:</p><div class="p"><ul class="ul"><li class="li"><p class="p">organization_name</p></li><li class="li"><p class="p">first_name &amp;  last_name OR employee_ID</p></li></ul></div><p class="p">If you are creating or editing an  account user, the following additional columns are required:</p><div class="p"><ul class="ul"><li class="li"><p class="p">user_role</p></li><li class="li"><p class="p">group_access</p></li><li class="li"><p class="p">email_address</p></li></ul></div><p class="p"><span class="ph b">Can I add additional columns to the template CSV files?</span></p><p class="p">You can add additional columns to the
template file, but Blackline Live will ignore the additional columns during the
request submission process. Only information in the required columns will be uploaded.</p><p class="p"><span class="ph b">What will happen if I upload the Team
Member Edit Template file with cells that have been overwritten with an empty
value?</span></p><p class="p">Blackline Live will update the value of
empty cells as 'blank'. For example, if a team member had an employee ID but
the template file has a blank cell for that field, then the employee ID will be cleared when
the bulk action request is processed.</p><p class="p"><span class="ph b">What should I enter in the Team Member
Creation Template file if I'm unsure of which permissions or groups I want to assign
to an account user?</span></p><p class="p">Create a placeholder group in your Blackline
Live organization. When you are unsure which permissions or groups to assign to
new team members, you can assign them to the placeholder group in the template

incorrect. This can include unexpected positioning, movement, or time zone
changes.<span class="ph"></span></p><p class="p">This behaviour is consistent with GPS signal interference,
sometimes referred to as GPS jamming or spoofing. These events occur when
external radio signals disrupt or override satellite signals, which can affect
the location data received by devices and displayed in Blackline Live.<span class="ph"></span></p></section><section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle" id="where-and-why-this-is-happening-0">Where and Why this is Happening</h2><p class="p">Recent reports indicate increased GPS interference across
parts of the Arabian Gulf region.<span class="ph"></span></p>This type of disruption can occur during periods
of heightened regional military activity, when electronic countermeasure
systems or other radio frequency sources are in use. These signals can impact
any technology that relies on satellite positioning.</section><section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle" id="what-this-means-for-you-0">What This Means for You</h2><div class="p"><ul class="ul"><li class="li">Location
     data in Blackline Live may be temporarily inaccurate in affected areas<span class="ph"></span></li><li class="li">This
     can affect many GPS-enabled technologies and is not specific to Blackline<span class="ph"></span></li><li class="li">Device
     functionality is otherwise unchanged<span class="ph"></span></li><li class="li">Location
     accuracy typically returns to normal once interference levels decrease<span class="ph"></span></li></ul></div></section><section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle" id="what-you-can-do-0">What You Can Do</h2><p class="p">There are no device settings that can prevent GPS jamming or
spoofing, as the source of the interference is external. <span class="ph"></span></p><p class="p">Blackline Safety Location Beacons are not affected by this
type of interference. If deployed, they can provide more consistent location
data in areas where GPS accuracy is impacted.<span class="ph"></span></p>If you are operating in an affected area and do
not use Location Beacons, be aware that location data in Blackline Live may not
