Bulk Team Member Creation

Use the Bulk actions page to create multiple team members at once. You must fill in the team member creation template CSV with details of each team member to submit the request. For information on team member types, groups, and group permissions, see Team Members and Groups.

The following roles can use the bulk team member creation action:

  • Organization admin

  • Organization assistant

  • Group admin

  • Contact admin

Note: You can assign an account user to up to three groups, including the All devices group. You can only assign new account users to the groups you have access to.

The column headers and field options in the template CSV file are case sensitive. The field options must be entered in the following format:

Depending on which team member type you want to create, some fields in the team member creation template CSV are mandatory. The following fields are mandatory:
