On July 30, 2025, Blackline Safety discontinued worldwide sales of G7 EXO. At that time, we planned to continue offering repairs for out‑of‑warranty devices until the end‑of‑support date of February 29, 2028, or until replacement components are no longer available—whichever occurs first.

Due to limited inventory of replacement components for G7 EXO, we are approaching the point where we may not be able to complete all device repairs. Repairs for G7 EXO are available if we have the required components to complete the repair. If your G7 EXO requires service, contact our Technical Support team as soon as possible to discuss repair options and potential next steps. If parts are no longer available to complete repairs, our Technical Support team can discuss options to upgrade to EXO 8.
