G7 and G8 Pump Cartridge Configuration
G7's and G8's pump cartridge works in combination with configuration modes. To turn the pump on, the user must enter a configuration mode that requires the pump.
Note: If Auto pump run is enabled, G7 and G8 devices equipped with pump cartridges automatically start in pump mode when powered on. See Editing Configuration Profile Details for more information.
Note: F2 Cartridges with LEL-IR sensors installed only operate in a pumped mode.
Leak check and pre-entry modes have a Pump
required setting in their respective tabs in the Mode
settings card on Blackline Live. If this setting is toggled on, a
pump cartridge must be installed and the pump starts running when the mode
is selectedon the device.
Note:
Pump run mode always runs the pump cartridge.
